Property Meld is the new place where you submit, schedule, and confirm maintenance being done at your unit. To submit a request, simply log on to your portal and describe the issue you are having to start talking to MAX, Property Meld’s AI assistant, who will talk you through the process of submitting your request. MAX may ask you to submit pictures or videos of your issue, or it may walk you through some potential solutions to your problem that you can complete at home. Simply follow along with MAX’s instructions until your issue is either solved, or you finish creating your meld. MAX’s diagnostic tools allow for us to better understand the issue you’re having, and work towards a solution faster.

After your meld is submitted, you will receive updates about your meld throughout the whole process, from vendor assignment, scheduling, and when the work is done. We recommend you enable text message notifications, as that will allow for us and our vendors to quickly communicate any questions they may have. Click the link below to access your portal
