RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

A pre-recorded video tour is available for viewing. An in-person tour is available once we receive your application(s) and once you are approved. All adults living in the home will need to meet our tenant requirements and submit individual rental applications for approval. There is a non-refundable $55 application fee, per person.

We do ask for the following requirements from all of our tenants:

  1. credit score of at least 640 (no accounts in collections)

  2. verifiable employment and/ or the combined income of lease holders must be 3x the monthly rental amount

  3. positive landlord references (no prior negative tenant/landlord history, example: eviction or court cases with landlord)
