Pet Policy

Each property has its own pet policy. Please check the listing for the property you are interested in for details or reach out to us with any further questions. The below information is true most of the time, but not always depending on any specific stipulations an owner of a property has made. 

If a property is pet friendly, Braden Property requires the following per pet: a non-refundable $250 pet fee plus a monthly $25 pet rent. 

Braden Property does not allow the following breeds: 

Or a dog that is reasonably determined by Braden Property Management to be a mix of any of these.
