How it works:

In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system that requires you to login with an email address and password.

Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter your email address and password. If you’re a new user, you will be prompted to set up a password.

 

I started using Braden Property Management in 2014 to manage my rental property. I was moving out of the area and wanted a company that would be on top of managing my property effectively. I have had such a great experience from start to finish! Even when my property manager changed, everything was always taken care of. I especially liked the fact that the company did not just choose any tenant to occupy my home just to have a tenant. They are very selective and made sure the right tenant was selected.
